What I collect, and why
Contact & artwork enquiries — when you send a message or enquire about a painting, I receive the name, email address, and message you provide. I use these only to reply to you.
Newsletter — if you subscribe, I store your email address and the fact that you consented, so I can send you occasional studio news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter, or by contacting me at nadette@nacharlet.com. Your address is never sold or shared for marketing.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics run on it. A single technical cookie is used only for the site administrator's login session.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you. Email nadette@nacharlet.com and I will act on your request promptly.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
